The Benefits of StaminoGro® and StaminoGro® Woman
Especially in these stressful, uncertain times, unhealthy lifestyle choices can affect a woman in all conceivable ways, from being prone to flu and infection and a lack of well-being to immune problems and infertility.
These unhealthy lifestyle choices include, for example, the use of anabolic steroids or gym supplements, a BMI of more than 30, and excessive smoking, alcohol use and illicit drug abuse.
But these unhealthy lifestyle choices most commonly include poor eating habits such as missing meals entirely or choosing food that is fast and convenient, and often therefore also high in calories, fat, sweeteners and sodium; while providing very little vitamins, minerals and fibre.
In addition, the ability of our body to fully utilise nutrients from food or maintain optimal nutrient levels is affected by countless factors influence. These factors include reduced soil quality, food processing, food preparation methods, as well as eating irregular meals and snacking, according to StaminoGro®.
As a result, few of us are able to maintain an optimal nutritional status (the balance between nutrient intake and nutrient requirement) to promote growth and development, maintain general health, support daily living and protect against disease and illness, and – of course – produce healthy eggs.
As poor lifestyle choices and stress negatively affect your overall health, they also affect your fertility. The number of couples experiencing fertility problems is increasing exponentially and this is directly related to certain lifestyle choices, such as stress and poor dietary habits.
If you are not maintaining your nutrient status at an optimal level, you may want to consider adding a multivitamin and mineral supplement to your daily diet, for your own well-being and for fertility. Fortunately, there are supplements available over-the-counter that are recommended by fertility experts for their role in boosting overall health and fertility, as they contain certain vitamins, minerals, herbs or other amino acids.
At Medfem we recommend with confidence StaminoGro® for both partners to all our patients, and now we can also recommend StaminoGro® Woman specifically for women who are trying to fall pregnant or are undergoing fertility treatment. Below we explain in more detail why we recommend these supplements.
StaminoGro® is a 5-in-1 combination supplement that is a human growth hormone releaser, and vitamin and mineral complex in a slow-release matrix. It contains amino acids, antioxidants, B-complex vitamins, calcium and other vitamins and minerals, all of which work in synergy to promote health, well-being, and vitality.
StaminoGro® Woman contains the same combination of ingredients in the original formula. However – designed specifically for women – it also has added Iron, Folic Acid, Vitamin B6, E and D and Zinc. These added nutrients are extremely important and beneficial when considering female health and vitality holistically.
StaminoGro® provides additional nutrition, while the amino acid L-Arginine it contains helps the body to secrete more of its own natural growth hormone. It is also specifically formulated to act as a potent enhancer for mitochondria – the structures in each cell that produce energy for cell functions.
As the body gets older, the less natural growth hormone it secretes. StaminoGro® promotes natural growth hormone release and enhances rejuvenation of mitochondria throughout the body. This can lead to a reversal of cellular ageing and could prevent the production of damaging free radicals, with cellular rejuvenation being the possible outcome.
Furthermore, StaminoGro® contains selenium that supports your body’s ability to produce normal immune response, and Vitamin C, which acts as an antioxidant by protecting your body from free radical damage; slows down the aging process; and also reduces the duration and severity of colds and flu.
The amino acids in StaminoGro® also assist with overcoming prolonged stress; reducing body fat when combined with exercise; improving wound healing and reducing post-operative infections. These amino acids also positively influence the immune system and strengthen and enhance lean body mass.
StaminoGro® also contains vitamin B1, which is essential to help breakdown and release energy from fat, protein and carbohydrates; vitamin B12 and folic acid that boost energy levels; and magnesium that acts as a muscle relaxant to help prevent cramps.
As such, StaminoGro® may be of benefit to persons suffering from immune problems, depression, insomnia and fatigue – and infertility.
With regard to infertility, in clinical applications at Medfem Fertility Clinic, supplementing with StaminoGro® has also led to improved sperm morphology and sperm DNA maturity. This is because StaminoGro® contains Vitamin E and selenium, which assist with the production of normal sperm, protecting cells from free radical damage. StaminoGro® also contains Arginine (also known as L’arginine), an amino acid which may improve sperm development to produce better sperm and increase sperm count, as well as enhance motility.
In a woman, L-arginine may enhance endometrial receptivity and improve ovarian responses. There is evidence that it also increases pregnancy rates in women undergoing IVF treatments. This is why we recommend that both partners take the supplements.
